At Suqila, we ensure that all international orders placed through our website are carefully packed and shipped within 22 business days. Once dispatched, you'll promptly receive tracking details from the courier to monitor your parcel's journey. HOW CAN I CONFIRM MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED? WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME?

Suqila currently relies on CJPACKET Pure Electricity, CJPACKET Postal, CJPACKET Sea for global product shipments.

Shipping charges are determined by weight and location, with free shipping available on orders over $125. Express shipping options are available in select areas, and orders for express delivery will be sent out within one business day. To opt for express shipping, kindly contact info@suqila.com. If you're comfortable with your parcel being left in a secure spot in case you're not home, please inform us when placing your order. If your parcel is left at a post office for collection and is not retrieved before being returned to the sender, additional postage fees will be applicable for resending the parcel.

We currently provide international shipping to the following locations: US, Japan, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore & New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated based on the overall order weight. We deliver to PO Box addresses.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

Yes. To facilitate an exchange, you'll be responsible for covering the postage cost for the replacement item once we receive the returned item.

CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY WORK ADDRESS?

Certainly, we can deliver to your workplace. Ensure to include the Business Name in the shipping details to assist the delivery driver in locating you easily.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your item/s, Suqila accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, that a handling fee of $7.95 is applied to all returned items (excluding faulty goods). This fee is deducted from the sale price of the returned products, and you'll be issued a refund for the remaining balance. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that this fee is a reasonable estimate of the costs associated with the return of the goods.
